JESA Advisory & Digital Solutions, a leading management consulting unit of JESA, is expanding its Advisory and Digital Solutions (ADS) arm to provide top‑tier consultancy services across Africa and the Middle East. The Senior Financial Advisory Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy for large‑scale industry, infrastructure, and urban development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine complex financial models (DCF, M&A, PPP structures, project finance) to evaluate investment opportunities and project viability.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and bankability assessments, ensuring projects meet financial and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda, due diligence reports, and ESG assessments to support decision‑making processes.
• Lead tariff modelling and sensitivity analysis to optimize revenue streams and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on PPP concession agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, and DFI funding instruments.

Required Expertise

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modelling techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in DCF, M&A, and PPP structures.
• Knowledge of project finance frameworks and feasibility study methodologies.
• Experience in preparing investment memoranda and conducting due diligence.
• Understanding of ESG criteria and their integration into financial analysis.

Professional Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree (BAC +5) and demonstrate fluency in English and French, with a basic grasp of Arabic. They should have 6 to 9 years of relevant experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for clients.
