Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Advisory Consultant at JESA Advisory & Digital Solutions, you will be at the forefront of shaping financial strategies for high-impact projects in infrastructure, energy, mining, and industrial ecosystems across Africa and the Middle East. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive financial analysis and advisory services that enable our clients—major institutions and critical stakeholders—to navigate complex opportunities and achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models (DCF, M&A, PPP structures, project finance) to evaluate project viability and bankability.
• Feasibility & Bankability Assessments: Conduct in-depth feasibility studies, assess bankability, and develop tariff and sensitivity models to support investment decisions.
• Investment Documentation: Draft investment memoranda, prepare due diligence reports, and incorporate ESG criteria into project evaluations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, DFI representatives, and internal teams to align financial strategies with operational and digital transformation goals.
• Contract & Funding Expertise: Advise on PPP concession agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, and DFI funding instruments to secure optimal financing structures.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with:

• Experience: 6-9 years in financial advisory, project finance, or related fields.
• Education: BAC +5 (equivalent to a Master’s degree).
• Languages: Fluent in English and French.
• Technical Skills: Advanced financial modelling, Excel, DCF, M&A, PPP structures, project finance, feasibility studies, bankability assessments, tariff modelling, sensitivity analysis, investment memoranda, due diligence, ESG, EPC/O&M contracts, DFI funding instruments.
• Contract: CDI (permanent).
• Work Mode: Hybrid (HB).

Location & Work Environment

The role is based in Casablanca, Morocco, with a hybrid working model that balances onsite collaboration with remote flexibility.
