Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Advisory Consultant, you will be at the forefront of JESA ADS’s project finance and financial advisory practice. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development of comprehensive financial models (DCF, M&A, PPP structures) to evaluate project viability and bankability.
• Conducting feasibility studies and sensitivity analyses to assess risk and return profiles for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.
• Preparing investment memoranda and pitch decks that articulate value propositions to institutional investors and stakeholders.
• Managing due diligence processes, including ESG assessments, to ensure compliance with global best practices.
• Coordinating debt-raising and refinancing activities, negotiating terms with banks and partners, and maintaining robust databases of financial metrics.

In addition to these core tasks, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—strategy, operations, and digital—to deliver integrated solutions that align financial objectives with operational excellence and digital innovation.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional who brings:

• 6 to 9 years of experience in project finance, financial advisory, or related consulting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and specialized tools such as DCF and M&A analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct bankability assessments, tariff modelling, and sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of drafting investment memoranda, presenting findings, and negotiating with partners.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks and experience in due diligence processes.
• Fluency in English and French; Arabic is considered an asset.

Educationally, a BAC +5 (equivalent to a Master’s degree) is required, ensuring a solid foundation in finance, economics, or engineering.
