Position Overview
Cypher is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to build a high‑performing team, develop robust reporting processes, and create innovative financial products. The role is based in Casablanca and reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting Leadership: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive financial statements and reports that comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to provide actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a skilled team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Product Development: Contribute to the design and enhancement of financial solutions, leveraging market insights and innovative approaches.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; BSc/BA in Business Administration with accounting concentration preferred.
- Minimum 6–9 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (XERO, QuickBooks, CRM) and data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to build high‑performing teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
