    The Senior Legal Counsel – Morocco will report to the Africa Lead Lawyer and will be the primary legal advisor for the Moroccan market. Key responsibilities include:

    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and service level agreements.
    • Providing legal counsel on privacy, labour, antitrust, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance specific to Morocco and the broader African region.
    • Collaborating with external law firms and internal stakeholders to manage litigation, dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
    • Supporting the implementation of corporate governance policies, special projects, and reporting functions.
    • Conducting due diligence for potential acquisitions, joint ventures or new market entries.
    • Co‑ordinating cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies and cultures.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a legal department or a reputable law firm/Big 4, with proven expertise in commercial, consumer & antitrust, and labour law. They must be fluent in English, French and Arabic, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and thrive in a flexible, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment.
