Orange Business, a leading digital integrator and telecommunications provider, is looking for a Senior Product Owner – Shared Platform to join its SAFe Agile program in Salâ Al Jadida, Morocco. The role is pivotal in driving the Shared Platform initiative, ensuring that the product vision aligns with business objectives and customer needs. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, and partner stakeholders, to deliver high‑quality, secure, and reusable functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and refine user stories, ensuring they meet INVEST criteria.
• Validate detailed functional specifications and qualification strategies.
• Track and report on risks, dependencies, and progress during PI Planning and increment reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), architecture guidelines, and security policies.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills:

• Product Owner experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Leadership and collaborative mindset with a focus on synthesis and prioritization.
• Knowledge of networks and telecommunications to add value to the Shared Platform.
• Mastery of Agile values and SAFe principles, with practical application in user story creation and backlog management.
