    About the Role

    Glovo, a leading e‑commerce and on‑demand delivery platform, is looking for a Senior SMB Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with small‑to‑medium businesses (SMBs) in Casablanca, Morocco. This full‑time, on‑site position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations within a fast‑paced startup environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account plans that align with Glovo’s growth objectives for SMB partners.
    • Ads & Promotions: Design and manage advertising campaigns and promotional offers to increase partner visibility and sales.
    • Communication & Reporting: Maintain regular communication with partners, provide performance reports, and track OKRs.
    • Marketing Activations: Coordinate marketing initiatives, including menu performance analysis and sales activations.
    • Onboarding & Integration: Lead the onboarding process for new SMB partners, ensuring smooth integration into Glovo’s platform.
    • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
    • Project Management: Own projects that improve partner engagement and platform efficiency, using data‑driven insights.

    Required Experience

    3‑5 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within the e‑commerce or delivery sector. A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing SMB relationships is essential.

    Education & Qualifications

    Master’s degree (BAC +5) or equivalent. Proficiency in Arabic (native) and English (fluent) is required.

    Working Conditions

    Full‑time, on‑site (OS) in Casablanca. The role offers a competitive CDI contract with opportunities for professional growth.
