Senior Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution of social media strategies for our assigned brands. The role blends strong content thinking, copywriting excellence, and client servicing, while coordinating closely with internal design, video, and media teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Write high‑quality copy in English, Arabic and/or French for posts, captions and basic scripts.
• Serve as the primary client contact for social media deliverables and present content plans.
• Coordinate with design, video and media teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor performance, prepare basic monthly reports and provide insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on local and regional social media trends, especially within Oman.
• Ensure brand tone, guidelines and approvals are consistently applied.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven copywriting ability for social and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation and coordination capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Experience using social media reporting dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of paid social advertising.
