Orange Business, a global digital integrator, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join its dynamic team in Salâ Al Jadida, Morocco. The role involves collaborating within Agile Scrum or Kanban teams to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decisions for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate development effort for User Stories and define detailed specifications.
• Design and develop solutions following established software architecture.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, develop testing tools, and automate routine operations.
• Prepare delivery packages in DevOps mode and provide technical support for maintenance.

Required Profile:

• BAC+5 in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence development.
• Proficiency in Linux, Unix, Windows, MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Spark/Scala, Hadoop.
• Strong Agile and DevOps mindset, with experience in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, problem‑solving, and innovation skills.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of network and telecommunications.
• Ability to present disruptive solutions and persuade stakeholders.
