Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Solution Architect – Banking Domain, you will be responsible for:

• Solution Design and Delivery: Lead the end‑to‑end design of banking solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, technical standards, and regulatory constraints.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction to cross‑functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and security specialists, to ensure cohesive architecture across all layers.
• Architecture Governance: Maintain and evolve the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with DXC CDG’s global standards and best practices.
• Regulatory Compliance: Analyze and incorporate regulatory and compliance requirements into the architecture, ensuring all solutions meet industry standards such as ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, and local banking regulations.
• Agile Backlog Management: Collaborate with product owners to groom backlogs, prioritize features, and translate business needs into technical stories.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their pain points and translating them into actionable technical solutions.

Required Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

• At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, large‑scale banking solutions that integrate with core banking systems, payment platforms, and regulatory reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of banking domain processes, such as loan origination, risk management, and compliance reporting.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and continuous delivery.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and related certifications.
