About the Role

As a Senior Solution Architect – Banking, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering robust, scalable, and compliant technical solutions for our banking clients. Your responsibilities will span the entire solution lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization, ensuring that every component aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture for banking initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across systems and platforms.
• Develop and maintain the Target State Architecture, documenting design decisions and architectural principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide continuous engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive architecture optimization, including scalability, performance, and cost‑efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage backlog items, prioritize features, and coordinate with agile teams to deliver incremental value.
• Facilitate architecture workshops, review sessions, and decision‑making forums to align technical direction with business goals.
• Ensure testability and change‑management readiness of solutions, supporting smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Required Expertise

• Extensive experience in solution architecture design, particularly within the banking and financial services domain.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end technical solutions that meet stringent regulatory compliance standards.
• Strong knowledge of service design, architecture optimization, and scaled modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Ability to engage with senior business leaders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and related certifications is highly desirable.
