We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our banking & financial services team in Salé/Rabat. The role involves leading the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant technical architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the solution architecture for the banking domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Lead end‑to‑end architecture design, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Implement Agile practices to accelerate delivery and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security best practices across all solutions.
• Collaborate with commercial lending and finance teams to integrate legacy systems and modern cloud services.
• Negotiate with vendors and internal stakeholders to secure resources and timelines.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in solution architecture, preferably within financial services.
• Proven track record in commercial lending, leasing, and equipment finance.
• Experience with legacy system transformation and cloud migration.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Relevant architecture or technology certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure).
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher).

Contract: CDI (permanent).
