Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture for banking initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Provide technical direction and architecture optimization across multiple platforms.
• Conduct scaled modeling, design reviews, and impact analysis to assess regulatory and business implications.
• Manage backlog grooming and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring clear prioritization.
• Drive regulatory compliance and ensure solutions meet all banking regulations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business roadmap.
• Champion agile practices and foster business engagement across cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee legacy transformation projects, integrating cloud solutions where appropriate.
• Maintain architecture documentation and promote best practices within the organization.

Required Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong background in banking and financial services. Experience in commercial lending, leasing equipment finance, and legacy transformation is essential.

Education & Certifications

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree (BAC +5) or higher in Computer Science or Information Systems. Relevant architecture certifications and cloud expertise are highly desirable.

Work Environment

Hybrid working model (HB) based in Salé and Rabat, Morocco. The role offers a permanent contract (CDI) with opportunities for professional growth and leadership within the banking domain.
