    As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be at the heart of multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating with consultants, managers, principals, and subject‑matter experts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Issue Definition and Scope Ownership: Own the definition of project issues, structure the scope, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
    • Strategic Path‑finding: Conceptualize impact pathways and develop resolution methodologies tailored to each client’s context.
    • Data Acquisition and Analysis: Identify relevant data sources, collect quantitative and qualitative data, and perform rigorous analyses to support strategic recommendations.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with internal teams and client stakeholders to challenge assumptions, validate findings, and refine solutions.
    • Reporting and Presentation: Produce high‑quality written reports and deliver compelling presentations to senior client stakeholders.
    • Implementation Support: Collaborate with client teams to translate recommendations into actionable plans and monitor progress.
    • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

    In addition to the core responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate a strong passion for African development, a deep understanding of the target sectors, and a proven track record in strategy consulting. The role requires a Master’s level education (BAC +5) from top-tier engineering or business institutions, preferably with international exposure. Fluency in English and French is essential, and additional language skills are a plus.

    The position offers a hybrid working model, combining onsite presence in Casablanca with remote work options.
