About the Role

Glovo, a Barcelona‑based startup and the fastest‑growing delivery player across Europe, Africa, and Western Asia, is looking for a Senior Supply Operations Support to join our Casablanca team. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly, our fleet operates efficiently, and our customers receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level support for supply operations, ensuring that all processes from order receipt to delivery are executed flawlessly.
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross‑functional teams, translating operational needs into actionable plans.
• Collaborate closely with the fleet management team to optimize routes, reduce downtime, and improve overall efficiency.
• Analyze operational data using Excel and other tools to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in operations or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in on‑demand fleet management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Initiative, proactivity, and autonomy in driving projects forward.
• Fluent in English and the local language (Arabic or French).
• A university degree is required.
