About the Role

As a Senior Technical Lead at WafR, you will be responsible for steering the technical direction of our FinTech and loyalty services platform. Your primary focus will be on designing scalable, high‑availability, and fault‑tolerant systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers in Casablanca.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of complex software solutions, ensuring they are modular, maintainable, and secure.
• Champion the adoption of microservices and performance‑scaling strategies across the platform.
• Oversee rigorous code review processes to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Full‑time, on‑site (Office‑Based) in Casablanca. The role requires a strong commitment to Agile practices and cross‑functional collaboration.
