Senior Transformation Program Manager – Morocco – Orange Business (CDI, Full Time). The role is situated within the Transformation & Operations division, acting as the orchestrator between Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Digital teams. Key responsibilities include aligning business strategy with operational execution, optimizing processes and governance for greater efficiency, improving time‑to‑market, and enhancing customer experience. The PMO will collaborate with HR to develop future‑ready skills, support organizational transformation, and activate growth levers for Orange Business and its clients.
Primary missions: Performance & Analysis – analyze KPIs for Product & Marketing activities, build and evolve dashboards for management and operational teams, and provide strategic recommendations. Cross‑functional Coordination & Governance – lead cross‑functional initiatives across Business Lines, Marketing, SVP, Data & BI, Sales, and Operations, establishing governance bodies such as steering committees, performance reviews, and roadmap synchronizations. Roadmap Management – consolidate and structure Product & Marketing roadmaps, ensure priority coherence, align with Sales and operations, identify dependencies, risks, and necessary arbitrations, and contribute to prioritization and delivery process optimization.
Continuous Improvement & Transformation – drive the Safe@Scale program, support the adoption of new tools, methods, and governance practices. The role demands strong adaptability, synthesis, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Candidate profile: 5–7 years of confirmed experience in project management, performance management, transformation or consulting within complex environments. Strong analytical skills (KPIs, dashboards, reporting), practical and theoretical knowledge of Agile methodologies, and a solid understanding of Product, Marketing, and Telco environments. Excellent soft skills: synthesis, relational aptitude, proactive, autonomous, and results‑oriented. The candidate should thrive in a demanding, changing environment.
