About the role

You will own Holafly's global social strategy, turning consumer insights into viral, multi‑platform concepts. Reporting to the Head of Social, you will create engaging brand moments that build a passionate community of global travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate consumer truths, cultural trends, and business objectives into scalable, multi‑platform social strategies.
• Define community management frameworks to scale active engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and specialized online forums.
• Direct the end‑to‑end content calendar, balancing evergreen campaigns, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities.
• Provide high‑impact briefs and strategic direction to the Social Content Producer and external agencies.
• Utilize social listening, sentiment analysis, and performance analytics to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
• Lead social crisis management and align cross‑functional teams including PR and Customer Support.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading social media strategy, community growth, or strategic content planning.
• Expert knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube community dynamics.
• Proven track record of converting consumer insights into multi‑format, platform‑native campaigns.
• Strong leadership experience managing content creators, producers, or creative agencies.
• Data‑driven mindset skilled in social listening tools and performance analytics.
