Social Media Marketing Specialist (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist to build and grow the digital presence of a fast‑expanding meal‑prep business. This part‑time position (20 hours/week) focuses on creating a website, establishing social media profiles, and turning online interest into customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a professional website using AI‑powered website builders, keeping menus and pricing current.
• Set up and optimise branded social‑media accounts, ensuring a consistent visual identity.
• Create, design and schedule posts, graphics, flyers and Stories from existing menus and food photography.
• Assist with webinar creation and audience engagement.
• Use AI tools to streamline content creation, design tasks and overall marketing workflows.
• Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries and proactively engage with the local community.
• Convert social‑media engagement into direct sales and meal‑order inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing business social‑media accounts.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven website builders.
• Ability to produce visual marketing assets using design software.
• Strong written communication focused on audience engagement and conversion.
• Availability to work Tuesdays‑Saturdays, 9 AM‑1 PM CST.
