About the role
We are looking for a creative Sous Chef – Bakery to join the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr. In this position you will lead the bakery operation, ensuring that every loaf, pastry and confection meets the high standards expected by our luxury guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, viennoiseries and pastries, overseeing all stages from kneading to final presentation.
- Supervise and coach the bakery team, scheduling work and ensuring consistent quality.
- Manage inventory and stock levels of raw materials, placing orders as needed.
- Maintain strict compliance with HACCP and other food‑safety regulations.
- Act as the head baker in his/her absence, taking full responsibility for the bakery’s performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a bakery environment within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional bakery products.
Required skills
- Baking and pastry production techniques.
- HACCP and food‑safety compliance.
- Stock and inventory management.
