Subsystem Technical Lead – Wiring Harness

About the role

The Wiring Harness Sub‑System Technical Lead will drive the end‑to‑end development of vehicle wiring harness systems for Stellantis programs. Reporting to the vehicle architecture team, the lead ensures design, validation and industrialisation meet the required quality, cost, delivery and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interactions between Stellantis production, quality and logistics plants, wiring‑harness suppliers and internal 2D/3D design teams.
• Lead the development, validation, integration and qualification of wiring harnesses and related components.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance and ensure compliance with QCDP objectives.
• Oversee designers and development engineers, tracking schedules and deliverables.
• Guarantee product and process maturity in line with project expectations.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by feeding back lessons learned into engineering standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in wiring‑harness engineering and project management (R&D, industrialisation, manufacturing).
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic; additional Spanish or German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally to supplier sites and Stellantis plants.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in wiring‑harness and connector design specifications.
• In‑depth knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic architecture.
• Proficiency in supplier relationship management.
• Project‑management skills including QCDP monitoring, reporting and risk escalation.
