    Novancy, a leading IT staffing firm, is expanding its recruitment team in Casablanca. We seek a Junior Tech Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates for our technology and digital transformation clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent through job boards, social media, and professional networks, crafting compelling job adverts, and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects. Initial phone or video interviews will be conducted to assess candidates’ technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit. All candidate interactions will be documented in our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate records and compliance with data protection standards.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche tech communities to source qualified candidates.
    • Creating and posting engaging job ads that attract top talent.
    • Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential hires for current and future openings.
    • Conducting initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and language proficiency.
    • Collaborating with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
    • Providing regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
    • Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0–6 months of recruitment or sourcing experience (internships included).
    • Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Basic understanding of technology-related fields.
    • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
