Novancy Consulting, a leading IT staffing and talent acquisition firm, is seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to join its dynamic team in Casablanca. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating technology professionals for a variety of client engagements across the digital and consulting sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter), professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates. Craft compelling job advertisements and proactively build a pipeline of potential talent.
• Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and language proficiency. Evaluate alignment with job requirements and cultural fit, documenting evaluations in the ATS.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
• Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
