We are currently seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to join our Casablanca office. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of recruitment experience who are eager to learn and grow in the staffing industry. The Junior Tech Recruiter will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, source candidates, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified talent.
• Crafting and posting compelling job advertisements to attract top candidates.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Conducting initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency.
• Assessing candidates’ alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
• Documenting candidate evaluations and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborating with senior recruiters and hiring managers to deliver suitable candidates and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
• Communicating professionally and promptly with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications required for this role include:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
• Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology‑related fields.
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; an advanced level is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
The Junior Tech Recruiter will be based in Casablanca and will operate within a hybrid working model, combining onsite presence with remote flexibility.
