    We are currently seeking a Junior Tech Recruiter to join our expanding team. This role is designed for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of recruitment experience who are eager to learn and grow within the staffing industry. The Junior Tech Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates to meet the needs of our clients. The position is full‑time and operates within a hybrid working model, combining on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels—including job boards, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and other digital tools—to identify qualified candidates for open tech roles.
    • Job Advertising: Craft compelling job advertisements that resonate with top talent and accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
    • Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a steady flow of talent.
    • Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and language proficiency, ensuring alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.
    • Documentation: Record candidate evaluations and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role specifications and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included).
    • Preference for candidates with a solid understanding of technology‑related fields.
    • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced knowledge is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
