The Junior Tech Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top talent for our diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems and update hiring pipelines.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to refine job descriptions and improve recruitment processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills, with a proven ability to identify high‑potential candidates.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a fluent command of both languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
