Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of approximately four engineers, ensuring timely delivery of product features while maintaining high standards of code quality and architectural consistency.
• Technical Architecture: Translate product requirements and architectural designs into actionable tasks, ensuring clarity and feasibility for the team. Review and approve solutions to guarantee alignment with the overall platform architecture and design principles.
• : Contribute to the codebase, focusing on Java/Spring Boot backend services, while also providing guidance on front‑end frameworks such as React/Next.js when necessary.
• : Provide continuous support to team members, offering technical guidance on challenges, code quality, testing, and professional growth.
• : Work closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to refine requirements, anticipate dependencies, and plan releases.
• : Identify opportunities to enhance development processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and documentation, driving efficiency and quality across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in backend engineering with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with micro‑services architecture, RESTful API design, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform is a plus.
• Experience leading a small development team or acting as a technical mentor.
• Curiosity and experience with next‑generation AI technologies, including intelligent agents, large language models (LLMs), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork with engineers, product managers, and architects.
• Commitment to quality, including writing clean, maintainable code and promoting best practices in testing and code review.
• Experience in fintech, proptech, or other regulated domains is advantageous.
• Proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
