The Technical Product Owner will be a key player in the lean, senior engineering team, responsible for translating high‑level business objectives into precise, actionable product specifications. This includes maintaining a clear, prioritised backlog, collaborating closely with engineers, and ensuring that each feature is technically feasible, resilient, and aligned with user needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and refining product requirements, ensuring they are clear, structured, and ready for engineering implementation.
• Prioritising backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
• Working with cross‑functional stakeholders—operations, engineering, analytics—to align product direction and resolve dependencies.
• Using data analytics tools such as Mixpanel and SQL to monitor feature adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and iterate on product design.
• Ensuring that product releases are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are adopted by users.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical business analysis.
• Proven ability to work in an agile, high‑velocity environment, including remote collaboration.
• Strong technical communication skills, capable of translating business needs into engineering‑ready specifications.
• Basic SQL proficiency and experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
• Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and data‑driven iteration.
• Fluency in English and French, with a strong command of both written and spoken communication.

Additional desirable skills include:

• Background in coding or engineering, providing deeper insight into technical constraints.
• Experience with B2B product development and enterprise clients.
• Exposure to mobile and web product development using frameworks such as Flutter or React.
• Familiarity with linear or similar project tracking tools.
