Enakl is a fast‑growing startup based in Casablanca, with a presence in Paris, Dakar, and Tunis, that is redefining daily commutes in emerging African cities through a smart, collective mobility platform. The company’s platform currently handles more than 30,000 bookings per month, serving both B2B clients and individual consumers, and is on a clear path toward a multi‑tenant SaaS architecture.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating high‑level business and product needs into well‑structured, actionable backlog items that can be directly implemented by developers. This includes writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features based on data insights and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog for the mobility platform, ensuring it is always up‑to‑date, prioritized, and aligned with the company’s vision.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product designers, and operations staff to refine requirements and validate solutions.
• Use analytics tools such as Mixpanel and SQL queries to monitor feature usage, identify bottlenecks, and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Maintain clear, concise documentation of product specifications and technical requirements.
• Advocate for user adoption and feature quality, ensuring that delivered functionality meets or exceeds expectations.

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical business analysis.
• Proven track record of working closely with engineering teams in an agile, high‑velocity environment, including remote collaboration.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured, engineering‑ready specifications.
• Basic SQL proficiency and experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and business contexts.
• On‑site availability in Casablanca, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Nice to have:

• Coding or engineering background.
• Experience with B2B products and enterprise clients.
• Exposure to mobile/web product development (Flutter, React, or similar).
• Familiarity with linear or similar project tracking tools.
