About the role
We are seeking a high‑performing Account Executive to lead revenue generation for an AI‑driven performance marketing agency. You will sell premium AI‑powered marketing solutions directly to owners and managing partners of professional service firms generating $1M+ in annual revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full closing cycle, conducting 7‑10+ qualified calls per week across US time zones.
- Manage and coach a front‑end appointment setter, reviewing call recordings daily and running live role‑play sessions.
- Handle complex ROI and differentiation objections without a script.
- Participate in daily video syncs with leadership to review pipeline health and priorities.
- Provide End‑of‑Day and End‑of‑Week reports on revenue closed, close rates, and setter performance.
- Scale the sales function as the agency grows, targeting $20,000+ in new contracts each month.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience closing high‑ticket services in digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record selling directly to business owners or managing partners of firms with $1M+ annual revenue.
- Strategic thinker comfortable with AI‑driven solutions and high‑margin offerings.
- Experience managing or coaching appointment setters.
- Strong objection‑handling skills and ability to work without a scripted approach.
