Account Manager – Client Relations & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Manager to join our marketing team. The role involves building strong client relationships, translating their marketing needs into clear briefs, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with assigned clients as their primary point of contact.
• Gather client objectives and marketing requirements, turning them into detailed tasks for the internal team.
• Coordinate daily with graphic designers, social media specialists, content creators, media buyers and other specialists to keep projects on schedule.
• Review deliverables for quality and alignment before presenting them to clients.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports, collect feedback, and manage revisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client results and propose additional marketing services.
• Handle client concerns professionally and work with the team to find solutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management, client servicing, marketing, advertising or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving mindset and capacity to work under pressure.
• Professional, results‑oriented attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.

Required skills
