About the role
Join TGM Research’s EMEA Client Service team as an Account Manager (internally titled Client Service Manager). You will be the primary liaison for our market‑research clients, driving project delivery, revenue growth, and long‑term relationships while working fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing accounts to generate incremental revenue.
- Support lead generation and new‑business initiatives across the EMEA region.
- Manage a portfolio of medium to large, complex client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate the execution of research projects, overseeing sampling strategy and fieldwork performance.
- Maintain daily communication with clients, addressing roadblocks and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor project financials and performance metrics to meet budget, timeline, and quality targets.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in account management and/or project management within market research or online panel services.
- Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
