Activity Manager

About the role

The Activity Manager will lead daily operational activities at Bel’s Moroccan facility, ensuring smooth production flow, team engagement and continuous performance improvement in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities to maintain operational continuity and efficiency.
• Manage, support and develop frontline teams to meet quality, safety and cost objectives.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, hygiene and operational standards.
• Organise resources effectively according to production needs and business priorities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and support problem‑solving initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Proven experience in operations, production, team management or industrial coordination.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Good analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
