About the role
The Banking Division in Casablanca seeks a proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and logistical support to bankers and project teams. The role involves handling day‑to‑day office operations, coordinating travel, and assisting in project preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct telephone calls, act as receptionist, and manage mail distribution.
- Maintain bankers' diaries, schedule meetings, conference calls, and video conferences.
- Arrange travel, visas, and expense claim forms for business trips.
- Prepare, proofread, and format business correspondence and documents for signature.
- Update project databases, filing systems, and DTM entries; assist in OpsCom and workshop organization.
- Handle petty‑cash payments, inventory filing, and support visiting missions.
Required profile
- Higher education degree.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic with excellent written and oral communication.
- Proven secretarial or administrative experience.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritize, and work independently.
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
