AI Engineering Architect (Remote – Morocco)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced AI Engineering Architect to lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, production‑grade AI solutions. The role is fully remote and focused on turning business requirements and AI opportunities into robust technical architectures that can move from proof‑of‑concept to enterprise production.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑powered products, platforms, and enterprise solutions.
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable AI/ML technical architectures, covering application, data, API, security, and integration layers.
• Architect and implement Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent solutions.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies, reusable frameworks, and integrate commercial or open‑source AI models via APIs or self‑hosted infrastructure.
• Write production‑quality code for AI and backend systems, build microservices, and lead API development.
• Design and oversee machine‑learning pipelines from data preparation through model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Required profile

• Significant experience in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven technical leadership in delivering enterprise‑grade AI systems.
• Ability to evaluate AI suitability for business problems and recommend alternatives.
