About the role
We are seeking a confident Appointment Setter to be the first voice US prospects hear. You will engage leads, build rapport quickly, and schedule quality meetings for our sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to US‑based leads via phone, email, and messaging to spark interest and qualify them.
- Book appointments and hand off well‑briefed prospects to our closers.
- Maintain a clean CRM and follow up consistently to ensure no leads slip through.
- Represent the brand professionally in every interaction.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English with a natural, confident tone for US clients (non‑negotiable).
- Comfortable on the phone and quick to build rapport.
- Persistent, organized, and target‑driven.
- Prior experience in appointment setting, sales, or outbound outreach is a plus.
- Available to work US business hours (evening/night shift Morocco time).
