About the role

Gratia is a remote‑first, apprenticeship‑based platform that connects ambitious talent with global companies. This hands‑on role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn business analysis and operations by doing the actual work, not just building strategy decks.

Key responsibilities

• Process documentation, claims, and data reports strictly following standard operating procedures.
• Identify and flag anomalies, missing information, or process breaks to senior team members before they become larger issues.
• Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and answer questions clearly.
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets or internal systems to ensure accurate daily reporting.
• Manage conflicting priorities and deadlines, communicating trade‑offs when urgent requests arise.

Required profile

• BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Up to 2 years experience in operations, administration, data entry, or a call centre.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes accurately.
• Strong problem‑solving instincts with clear judgment on when to investigate or escalate.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with consistent daily overlap with US business hours.
