Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our Casablanca team and develop AI solutions that integrate directly into construction workflows. You will work on real‑world projects, turning prototypes into reliable production systems that help construction professionals automate tasks such as quantity takeoffs and drawing analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement computer‑vision and multimodal AI pipelines for construction drawings, PDFs, and BIM data.
• Extract and interpret information from technical documents using OCR and document‑understanding techniques.
• Combine vision models, large language models and deterministic engineering logic to build end‑to‑end solutions.
• Evaluate model performance, measure accuracy, and conduct failure analysis.
• Develop production‑grade APIs and backend services and support deployment in customer environments.
• Collaborate directly with construction engineers, estimators and project teams, including possible international deployments.

Required profile

• Strong Python programming skills and solid software‑engineering fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with machine learning, computer vision, multimodal models or large language models.
• Ability to move from prototype to reliable production software and debug ambiguous real‑world data.
• High ownership, autonomy and willingness to work on‑site in Casablanca and travel internationally when needed.
• Professional proficiency in English, French and Arabic.
