Assembly Setup Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly Setup Technician to join our production team at TE. You will be responsible for preparing and operating machinery, ensuring quality standards, and supporting supervisors to keep production on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and tools to start production or manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings according to work requirements.
• Collect, document, and analyze inspection and quality‑check data, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify process problem areas and communicate findings to management.
• Assist supervisors in aligning resources, analyzing critical performance metrics, and reporting results.
• Ensure timelines are met, record production time and quantities, and provide guidance to newer team members.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to troubleshoot operational and flow issues, adapting procedures, techniques, and materials to meet product specifications.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of related work experience.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an associate degree preferred.
