About the role
Join Hilton’s hospitality team as an Assistant Housekeeper, where you will help ensure every guest experiences a clean, welcoming environment. You will support daily housekeeping operations, maintain inventory, and collaborate with other departments to keep the property running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing cleanliness and service standards across guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and meeting spaces.
- Assign, inspect, and verify room readiness to guarantee timely availability for guests.
- Monitor and replenish linen and housekeeping supply inventories, keeping carts and storage areas stocked.
- Track payroll reports, manage work schedules, and oversee the lost‑and‑found program.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Property Operations to address maintenance and repair needs promptly.
- Supervise and coach housekeeping team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
