About the role
This entry‑level management position supports daily operations in Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club and Laundry (where applicable). The role works with staff to clean and maintain guestrooms and public spaces, ensures guest and employee satisfaction, and helps control the operating budget.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures OSHA regulations are up‑to‑date and loss‑prevention policies are followed.
- Oversees lost‑and‑found procedures and manages linen and guest‑supplies inventory.
- Coordinates room cleaning assignments, communicates room status to the Front Desk, and works with Engineering on maintenance needs.
- Supervises inspections of guestrooms and public areas, providing feedback to improve service performance.
- Handles guest complaints, reviews comment cards, and promotes exceptional customer service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least one year of housekeeping or related experience.
- Or a 2‑year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (no experience required).
