Assistant Manager, Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role

As an Assistant Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will drive Nestlé’s presence in the pharmacy channel, positioning the company as a trusted nutrition partner for infant products. You will ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with the WHO Code while building long‑term relationships with pharmacy staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stock levels and in‑store visibility of Nestlé infant nutrition products across assigned pharmacies.
• Monitor product freshness using the FEFO principle and report expired or damaged items via the Viscum application.
• Provide clear product information and training to pharmacy staff, including WHO Code awareness.
• Execute the validated route plan, conduct daily visits, and submit activity reports using the Visicom application.
• Prospect new pharmacies, expand the customer portfolio, and achieve secondary sales targets for Cerelac and Growing‑Up Milk categories.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on data reviews, territory segmentation, and action‑plan implementation.
• Document and escalate competitor activities, especially WHO Code violations, to the External Relations & Policy Manager.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or nutrition sales, preferably within the pharmacy channel.
• Strong understanding of infant nutrition products and the WHO Code.
• Ability to build and sustain long‑term relationships with pharmacy staff.
• Proactive prospecting mindset and target‑driven attitude.
