Assistant Manager, Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Sales will drive growth of Nestlé’s Food Services portfolio across out‑of‑home channels such as hotels, restaurants, petrol stations, catering, airlines and workplaces in Casablanca. The role focuses on acquiring new customers while expanding basket size with existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the Foodservice market to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and decision‑makers in the HORECA sector.
• Plan and manage personal schedule, meet deadlines and leverage internal databases.
• Analyse performance KPIs throughout the year and adjust actions to meet year‑end targets.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams and key accounts to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the HORECA industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
