Assistant Sales Manager

About the role

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales team in generating and managing opportunities, ensuring smooth turnover to service delivery and building long‑term customer relationships. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on achieving personal and location revenue targets while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with off‑property sales channels to coordinate efforts and avoid duplication.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, events, FAM trips, and trade shows.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, draft contracts, and handle customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Support the event management team with accurate turnover information.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service to drive loyalty and account growth.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to understand market dynamics and target customer expectations.
