About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Aéropostale, you will work closely with the Store Manager to create an outstanding customer experience and drive store performance. You will help build and lead a motivated team while ensuring the store operates smoothly and looks inviting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and decision‑making.
- Deliver an amazing customer experience that encourages repeat business.
- Maintain visual standards and merchandising to keep the store appealing.
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing associates and managers.
- Monitor sales targets, inventory levels, and loss‑prevention measures.
