Assistante RH

About the role

Join a dynamic metallurgical company in Meknès as an HR Assistant. You will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and contributing to continuous improvement of internal practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to departure, including file tracking and payroll preparation.
• Handle employee absences and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Organise training sessions and support internal communication initiatives.
• Welcome candidates and employees both by phone and in person.
• Oversee office supplies and place orders related to the HR service.
• Update social dashboards and assist in preparing HR meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Business Administration, General Services, Management, Accounting or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR assistant role.
• Knowledge of the industrial sector is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, discretion and organisational rigor.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
