Associate Analyst

About the role

The Associate Analyst will support Finance Active’s operational processes, delivering data‑driven insights to finance teams. You will work with proprietary systems to ensure accurate data handling and contribute to high‑quality client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for key business processes, including data extraction and setup.
• Maintain and use proprietary information management systems such as ITAM, Argus ValueInsight, and DataBridge.
• Upload, download, and quality‑control data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Pull and analyze market data from third‑party sources and assemble data sets for client reports.
• Set up workflows to streamline transitions between Global Service Center and Engagement Teams.
• Assist in preparing deliverables such as reports, sale comparables, and income‑expense statements.
• Conduct self‑reviews to identify and correct data discrepancies.
