About the role

The hotel is seeking a professional Bagagiste to join its front‑of‑house team at a prestigious 5‑star property in Agadir. You will be the first point of contact for guests' luggage, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, transport, and store guests' luggage with care and efficiency.
• Assist guests with door opening, taxi arrangements, and other concierge‑type services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front‑desk teams to ensure timely delivery of luggage to rooms.
• Uphold the high standards of service expected in a luxury hotel environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar high‑end hospitality setting.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driving licence.
• Excellent personal presentation and a strong sense of hospitality.
• Professional, courteous, and available to guests at all times.
