Bilingual French-English Customer Support Consultant – Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Consultant to join its global, remote team. You will provide first‑line assistance to clients using a variety of SaaS, software and hardware solutions, ensuring a smooth experience across multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, managing tickets from creation to resolution.
• Perform first‑level troubleshooting, guide users through software workflows, settings and configuration screens.
• Escalate complex issues to internal specialists and coordinate with developers and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and contribute to the knowledge‑base.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely and stay up‑to‑date with product and process changes.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with C1‑level English (spoken and written).
• Experience in a customer‑facing support role, preferably B2B or software‑focused.
• Structured, process‑oriented approach to troubleshooting and ticket handling.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and work proactively.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or accounting platforms such as Exact Globe, Exact Online, SAP or Odoo.
• Remote‑desktop support tools (Splashtop, TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic SQL or database awareness.
• Knowledge of Peppol or electronic invoicing standards.
