Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑French Sales Representative to join our remote team on a long‑term basis. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will support daily sales operations and help drive growth for our air‑duct cleaning and HVAC services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls and emails.
• Prospect and qualify potential clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide feedback on client interactions and market trends to management.
• Support scheduling, follow‑ups, and coordination with other departments.
• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Dedicated workspace that ensures confidentiality and focus.
